- Go to
www.amway.ca/paulsinger (Canada) or
www.amway.com/paulsinger (US)
(will open a new Browser
Window, keep this window open too).
- Click on "Register" at top of the page.
- In the "New Customer" section, select your country (USA or Canada). Click "Continue."
- Fill in your contact info
(and
please enter the number 5129654 in the Referring IBO box and the first 3 letters of my last name,
SIN, in the Key
box). Click "create account" at the bottom.
Write down your Login ID and Password to keep
in a safe place.
- Then type the words
"health questionnaire" in the search box at
the top of the page, on the new page, click on the
"health questionnaires" link.
- Create your Personal
Profile.
- Enter your name, and
follow the instructions.
- When finished, click
"View Report" at the top.
The test
results will outline
your
personal nutritional needs and recommend the best diet and
supplements.
